Rental Terms & Conditions

Equipment rental is possible subject to the acceptance of the regulations and the provisions of the rental agreement concluded on the day of equipment collection.
The customer is obliged to sign a rental agreement containing also a statement on the correct use of the equipment and consent to the processing of personal data.
In the event of a refusal to provide personal data (PESEL number or ID card number), or the lack of a document confirming them for the rental agreement, the Customer may rent the equipment provided that a deposit of 100% of the value of the equipment is deposited.
Equipment rental is possible after prior confirmation of the availability of equipment by e-mail or telephone.
The equipment is reserved by making a non-returnable advance payment of 50% of the total price (not less than PLN 15) by bank transfer, where account number is defined here. Advance payment can be made by cash.
The transfer should be made to the account number 59 1160 2202 0000 0004 5328 4525 (Bank Millennium)
The reservation is valid from the moment the transfer is credited to the account or the cash is received.
The remaining part of the fee is paid by the Customer at the time of signing the rental agreement and collection of the equipment.
Sprzęt można odebrać oraz zwrócić od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 8:00 – 18:00 na w uzgodnionym przy wypożyczeniu miejscu po wcześniejszym umówieniu mailem lub telefonicznie.
Pickup and return of the equipment outside the previously indicated hours is possible subject to an additional fee indicated in the Price List and prior arrangement of time and place.
The rental shop offers delivery and collection of equipment in Krakow. The availability of the place and date must be confirmed during the booking. The price is determined depending on the time and place.
Hours of operation of the rental shop are subject to change. Finally, the time and place of collection should be confirmed by e-mail or by phone. The date of return is each time agreed and recorded in the rental agreement.
The rental offers equipment of various manufacturers and sizes. The photos on the website are only examples - the available equipment may look different.
In case of avalanche detector, the price does not include batteries. There can be batteries in detector, but we do not guarantee the level of power in the,. One should have own batteries. It is required to use only the batteries (usually AA alkaline, not re-chargeable) recommended by the manufacturer! .
The advance payment mean accepting the regulations.

Personal data will be processed in order to perform the rental agreement. The data will not be used for marketing purposes. The data may be transferred to the Fakturownia.pl website providing accounting services for the rental company in order to issue a sales document.

We kindly ask you to clean the equipment before returning it. We do not charge an additional cleaning fee, counting on the culture and courtesy of the client 🙂
